Q: Who are you?
A: We are your new best friend that wants you to be a hero at work. We are also a group of three: one designer, one data geek, and one human resources professional. All working to make you and your department look amazing.

Q: Are you consultants?
A: Nope. We are more like employee experience assassins. We come in and do the work you need, and leave you with a clean environment to work in. Our model, our goal, is for you to be running your employee experience program in 3 or 6 months. Something that would take you a year or more to do.

Q: I’m an HR team of one. Can you still help me?
A: It’s better if you have two or more on your team. They both don’t have to be HR professionals. If you are an HR team of one and can include one other person for a different department, we can still help. It can be helpful to have a different perspective on the team.

Q: What happens if your model doesn’t work for us?
A: It will because we only partner with winners, departments that have the capabilities to succeed.

Q: How long does this process take?
A: Three or six months. We want to get you up-to-speed, with the tools and road map you need to succeeded, as fast as you can.

Q: What’s up with your name – 360HRE?
A: You like it? It represents what we do, we take a 360 degree look at your human resources experience.

Q: How much does this cost?
A: If you have to ask, this may not be for you. Not because we are so expensive but because the partners we work with are ready to drastically improve their employee experience and need the support we provide to reach their vision. We work with a limited number of partners a year and do amazing work for them.
