Q: Do I really need to learn about crypto?
A: Yes! Your employees, and the employees you want to hire, are tech savvy digital natives, that are financially conscious and into culture. Basically, everything crypto is. Your staff may already be asking you to get paid in crypto...that is just the beginning!

Q: What is covered in the training?
A: Crypto basics. This training is perfect for someone that knows crypto exists but has done minimal research into it. During the training we cover what crypto is and review crypto tool examples (digital wallet, DeFi, NFT). At the end of the training, you will have a solid base understanding of how crypto is used by your employees and how it can fit into your employee experience. The training is for one person and the instructor. The 1-on-1 attention allows for open conversation and questions.

Q: What is not covered in the training?
A: The training does not cover the technical aspects of blockchain technology. The training is not financial advice.

Q: What should I do to get ready for the training?
A: Provide an answer to the two questions when you register. We read them to start to craft your experience. Attend the training on a lap or desk top, not a mobile phone. Get excited! There are so many cool things in the crypto world you are going to learn about.

Q: What if I need to cancel or reschedule my training?  
A: No cancelations. No refunds. No rescheduling. Signup when you know you are ready and show up to the training on time. See you then!

Q: Are you different than on-line learning?
A: Yes. We are a real life person that crafts learning experiences with you and for you. We are not a video that you sit and look at. This is not e-learning where the content was recored two years ago and has never been updated. 360HRE provides experience learning, crafted with you.

Q: Are you better than on-line learning? 
A: Yes. On-line learning is developed to provide a specific amount of information, normally very general, to a large audience. We provide crafted learning experience for HR, Operations and Administration because they are at the center of creating amazing employee experiences and deserves learning experiences that update as fast as the speed of work.

A: Oh man, you must be busy! Our learning modules fit into your daily workflow and provide you the knowledge/skill you need to know right now. More useful knowledge/skill, less chit chat.

A: You like? It represents what we do, we take a 360 degree look at People Operations and provide you the tools and resources you need to deliver an exceptional employee experience.

Q: Can 360HRE work with our whole HR Team?   
A: Yes, we work with a limited number of HR Leaders and/or teams a year and do amazing work for them. If you really want to be a culture contributing HR Department via employee experience, then we are the right fit for you.
