Q: Who is 360HRE?
A: We are your new best friend that wants you to be a hero at work. All we do is work to make you and your HR Department look and be amazing. You can check out our "About" page to learn more about our story. #HRdesign

Q: Are you different than on-line learning?
A: Yes. We are a person, a real live HR Architect that crafts learning experiences with you and for your staff. We are not a video that you sit and stare at and retain limited information. 360HRE provides sustainable experience learning.

Q: Are you better than on-line learning? 
A: Yes. Our experts have an HR worldview. We specifically work with HR Professionals or persons that perform HR functions. On-line learning is developed to provide a specific amount of information, normally very general, to a large audience. We provide a 1-on-1 crafted learning experience to HR Professionals because the HR is our heart and soul.

Q: Are you a candy of the month club?
A: What?!? No! While we do provide monthly management toolkits, that may include candy, we are not a get a surprise box full of candy someone made in their basement.  We craft management toolkits where the learning experience may include a tasty reward.

Q: Are the tools you provide digital or physical?
A: A+ question! They are both. Experiences include both digital and physical assets, so we provide both.

Q: I'm already using an online on-boarding platform, can we still work together? 
A: Another great question! You are on a roll, keep it up. Yes, we can still work together. We are guessing your current system is cloud-based and largely (if not entirely) digital. If so, we can add a level of personalized experience to your real world interactions. Also, our experiences are focused on learning and productivity.

Q: I’m an HR Team of one. Can we still co-create? 
A: Oh man, you must be busy. We feel your pain. Does your manager know HR? I'm guessing not. Yes, we can work with you, and your "VP of HR" to develop a learning experience for you. Remember, you are the HR expert at your organization. Own that. We can help you provide the greatest HR value.

Q: Is your price by month and per individual?
A: Yes, we charge by month and per individual. The road map we provide is based on a timeframe you set. Many times set by your orientation period. The tools we provide are based on a monthly cost and by individual. This way, you pay for what you need.

Q: How long does this process take?
A: Being a boss, a mentor, a creator of exceptional HR Departments...well, that never stops. Our service will be there for as long as you want, for as long as we can provide you and your HR Team exceptional service and value.

Q: Does your service reach international markets or just the US?
A: At this time, we only service the US market and are working to expanding our service internationally. Send us an email and we'll see how we can help.

Q: What’s up with your name – 360HRE?
A: You like? It represents what we do, we take a 360 degree look at your human resources experience and provide you with the tools and resources you need to deliver an exceptional employee experience.

Q: How do I know if I'm the right fit for 360HRE? 
A: If you got to this point and you still don't know, then you may not be the right fit. We work with a limited number of HR Leaders a year and do amazing work for them. If you really want to be the best boss and create a culture contributing HR Department, then you are the right fit.
